Hourly or Flat
Most of our cases are handled on an hourly fee basis, but flat rates are available for some cases (typically uncontested cases, or for limited scope representation).
When working on an hourly basis, we keep detailed logs of the time we spend on your case, and count time in six-minute increments. Attorney rates are:
Eric LaFleur - $375 per hour
Jennifer LaFleur - $275 per hour.
Our paralegal rate is $125 per hour, and our legal assistant rate is $75 per hour.
Limited Scope Representation
Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to assist you with limited scope representation services (for instance, preparation of documents for you to file yourself). Please contact one of our attorneys so that we can discuss what limited scope services might be appropriate for your case.
